Had a wonderful pregnancy massage with Sibéal from Mara Massage yesterday. Sibéal is so professional knowledgeable and warm. I am feeling so much better since, aches and pains melted away and far more relaxed thanks to her! I will definitely be booking again!

I am 7 months pregnancy and got a pregnancy massage, Eileen was very gentle and professional, I let her know my hips were sore and she dedicated some time relieving tension there. I would highly recommend you try it out! it was so relaxing that I almost fell asleep. My husband also got a massage but her prefers stronger pressure and he found it amazing. Getting a massage from the comfort of your own home is great! we set up salt lamps, lit essential oil and it felt just like as if your in a salon. The bed is super comfortable too! Thanks so much Eileen we hope to see you soon.

I was lucky to get pregnancy massage at home with Eileen during my pregnancy. SO handy to have her come to the house and a great way to get into a deep relaxed state. I always slept so well afterwards. Such a treat and I have continued to get massages with her since. Thanks Eileen

We recommend to wait until your second trimester until you start getting prenatal massages.
Pregnancy massage is done in a side-lying position to ensure maximum comfort and safety for you and the baby. We use pillows to offer extra support and comfort. There are specific massage techniques used to help with pregnancy aches and pains.
We find that our clients like to get a massage done every 3-6 weeks as their body is changing and different areas of discomfort happen as the pregnancy develops. Towards the end of pregnancy many women like to get weekly massages to help with any anxiety and nerves.
Women who have high risk pregnancies, preeclampsia or deep vein thrombosis or any other complications during pregnancy should avoid massage or get the advice of a healthcare professional before going ahead with a massage.
During a prenatal massage you will just be wearing your underwear. A small towel will be used on your top half to ensure comfort and that you do not feel exposed at any point during the massage treatment.
As long as you do not have any complications with your pregnancy, there can be many benefits to having a pregnancy massage. It can help relieve any pregnancy aches and pains, reduce swelling, help with anxiety and improves sleep quality.
